- Sharp Cheddar Cheese2 slices
- Fresh Chives or Arugula for Garnishoptional

Instructions
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy (about 4–6 minutes). Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate to drain.
- Scramble the Eggs: Wipe out excess bacon grease, leaving about 1 teaspoon in the pan. Add butter and melt over medium-low heat. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, then pour into the skillet. Stir gently until soft and creamy (about 2–3 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Slice biscuits in half and lightly toast the cut sides. Layer the bottom half with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Melt the Cheese: Place the assembled bottoms back in the skillet or under a broiler for about 30 seconds — just until the cheese melts. Top with biscuit lids.
- Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with chives or arugula if desired. Serve warm!
