  • Garlic, minced3 cloves
  • Crushed Tomatoes400 g
  • Heavy Cream1 cup
  • Salt½ tsp
  • Pepper½ tsp
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese½ cup
  • Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped1 cup

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add tomatoes: Stir in crushed tomatoes, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 8–10 minutes.
  4. Make it creamy: Lower heat, add heavy cream and Parmesan, and stir until smooth.
  5. Combine: Toss in the cooked pasta and chopped basil. Mix well to coat evenly.
  6. Serve: Garnish with extra Parmesan and basil leaves.
