Ingredients

- Lettuce leaves (mixed or romaine)4 cups, torn
- Tomatoes (cherry or regular)2 cups, sliced

Instructions
- Prepare vegetables: Wash lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber. Pat dry.
- Slice: Tear lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces. Slice cucumber into thin rounds or half-moons. Slice tomatoes into rounds or wedges. Thinly slice red onion into half-rings.
- Make dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano (if using).
- Combine: Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley to a large bowl.
- Dress & toss: Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is lightly coated.
