- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Breadcrumbs½ cup
- Cream cheese, softened4 oz / 115 g
- Grated Parmesan¼ cup
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp
- Salt½ tsp
- Black pepper½ tsp

- Prepare Mushrooms: Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Set caps aside, chop stems finely.
- Make Filling: In a skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté chopped stems, garlic, and breadcrumbs until golden. Stir in cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff Mushrooms: Spoon filling into mushroom caps and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 18–20 minutes until tops are golden and mushrooms tender.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm as bite-sized appetizers.
