  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced2 cloves
  • Breadcrumbs½ cup
  • Cream cheese, softened4 oz / 115 g
  • Grated Parmesan¼ cup
  • Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp
  • Salt½ tsp
  • Black pepper½ tsp

  1. Prepare Mushrooms: Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Set caps aside, chop stems finely.
  2. Make Filling: In a skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté chopped stems, garlic, and breadcrumbs until golden. Stir in cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff Mushrooms: Spoon filling into mushroom caps and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 18–20 minutes until tops are golden and mushrooms tender.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm as bite-sized appetizers.
